A couple of days ago, I received from author Andy Colvin a copy of his book The Mothman's Photographer II. I've started reading it, and a fine book it is, too. Definitely an essential title for anyone into all things "Mothy." Soon as I've finished reading it, I'll be doing a full review.

Mothman Arrives...
A couple of days ago, I received from author Andy Colvin a copy of his book The Mothman's Photographer II. I've started reading it, and a fine book it is, too. Definitely an essential title for anyone into all things "Mothy." Soon as I've finished reading it, I'll be doing a full review.

Colvin did a good interview in PARANOIA on their last issue relating to his Mothman fascination---basically his theory is that it's a prophetic spirit trying to warn the human race of impending doom. Sounded like a cool guy and a knowledgeable author and photographer---will have to check out his books one day. My plate's full enough of impending book buys as it is.
