That meeting he had with Linda Scarberry was SPOOKY!!!
Poor Linda. Of all the witnesses to the Mothman, she is the propbably the most famous as well as one of the most tragic. She apparently still experineces Post-Traumatic Stress disorder form the incident. Her marrage disintegrated. She and her family experienced visits form MIBS, saw weird lights, and generally wen through the Twilight Zone in those days. But hey, Keel probably had it right when he said that it may have something to do with the "name game"---she was a McDaniel before she became a Scarberry---McDaniel is one of those names that Keel (and Coleman) insist is tied to higher ocurrences of paranormal phenomena---Maddox, Logan, Fayette, etc. Still, it is all fascinating. If I had mullah to travel around with (which I don't), one of the first places I would visit is Point Pleasant. Hopefully I will someday visit there. Great link, Nick!!!
